"My husband and I are from San Diego and rented a van in Hartford from Premier Accessible Van Rentals for our travels in Rhode Island this past week. We chose Premier Accessible Van Rentals as it is owned and operated by Arron Frankum who is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War when he was rendered paraplegic. My reason for chosing Arron’s company was to support veterans that had been injured in the line of duty. From a pragmatic point of view, I also anticipated that Arron would be capable, committed and understand the mechanics of adapted vans. All of this proved to be true.

While unanticipated, we experienced a few problems (yellow warning lights and periodic difficulty shifting gears) when we drove the van to Watch Hill, Rhode Island. We contacted Arron and he guided us through how to address these problems. After this, the van resumed driving smoothly. However, the problems returned the next day. When we contacted Arron, he asked when and where we would like him to deliver a replacement van. Arron drove from Hartford (on a busy weekend when serving other customers) and provided us with a replacement van. We did not need to make any changes in our plans.

Arron’s commitment to "making it right" without any grumbling, stalling, or complaining is a credit to Arron and his Company, Premier Accessible Van Rentals. Arron did not try to deny that there was a problem, blame somebody else, decline to help, etc. Arron resolved the problem professionally and with a cheerful attitude. All of that did not go unnoticed by us.

We strongly recommend Arron and his Company, Premier Accessible Van Rentals to others.
